On February 16th, 2021, Annville Police filed criminal charges against, Skyler John Jarvi, age, 28, Cleona, PA with (4) Counts DUI and (1) Count for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The charges stem from a traffic incident reported to Annville Police on12/30/20 at 7:37 PM in the 1st Block of Mount Pleasant Road in South Annville Township.
