On October 16th, 2020, Annville Police filed charges against, Rylee A. Shockley, age, 21, Milton, DE, for Disorderly Practices (Summary). The charges stem from several incidents occurring on 9/27/20 at 1:10 AM in the 100 Block of South Lancaster Street where Shockley was observed by one of the victims, who called the Police, while she was stealing political signs out of yards in that neighborhood.
