September 26th, 2017 – HARASSMENT
Bradley Joel Hoffer, age, 26 of Lebanon, PA was cited by Annville Township Police on this date with Summary Harassment after an investigation concluded Hoffer had repeatedly followed an Annville Township woman with his vehicle trying to incite an altercation on 9/20/17 in the area of the 1st Block of East Queen Street.
