On April 27th, 2022, Annville Police filed charges against, Chester J. Radnor III, age, 43, of Harrisburg, PA with (1) count of Harassment (Summary). The charges stem from an incident occurring on 4/7/22 at 10:00 PM, where it was reported Rador had repeatedly left unwanted harassing voice mail messages on an Annville Township resident's phone.
