On October 14th, 2020, Annville Police filed charges against, Kevin Flannery, age, 65, West Chester, PA with (1) count of Public Drunkenness (Summary). The charges are related to an incident on 10/13/20 at 6:17 PM where Flannery was found by Police to be highly intoxicated laying in the grass by the side of the roadway in the 1800 block of Horseshoe Pike in South Annville Township.
