On November 2, 2017, 3:30 PM a male retail theft suspect fled from Walmart driving a red mini bike or small motorcycle. Annville Police stopped the vehicle in the 600 Block of West Main Street. The subject was identified as Hernley and he had stolen merchandise from Walmart on his person. Charges of Retail Theft and Unregistered Vehicle will be filed against Henley by North Londonderry Township Police and Annville Township Police.
