On June 3rd, 2022, Annville Police filed (1) summary count of Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages (Underage Drinking) against a 17 year old Lebanon male. The charges stem from an incident on 5/19/22 at 9:57 PM in the 200 Block of West Queen Street, where Annville Police responded for a loud music complaint. It was during contact with the persons where the loud music was coming from, Police observed the 17 year old male drinking a beer.
