The offender was stopped for a traffic violation due to having a suspended license. When the officer asked for the offender's registration and insurance card, he saw a handgun laying in the glove box. The officer was able to verify that the offender did not have a license-to-carry a firearm.
The offender lit fireworks in a hotel room within the Days Inn Hotel and then threw the fireworks onto the balcony. The fireworks landed on a pile of clothing causing a fire. The fire spread into the room which placed two individuals in danger of death or serious bodily injury.
The offender was charged with Simple Assault after he was involved in a domestic dispute. The offender is accused of grabbing the female victim and pushing her up against a wall, and then placed his hands around her neck, putting her in fear for her safety.
The offender did violate a Protection from Abuse Order issued on November 22, 2022, by Court of Common Pleas Judge of Lebanon County. The offender did make contact with the female victim and was inside the residence when police arrived.
