The charges stem from an investigation that began on December 16, 2019 while Curet was working at Weis Markets located in the Palmyra Shopping Center. Investigation determined that Curet was not scanning items for purchase and allowing the items to be removed from the store. The total value of items not scanned came to over $1500.
