Officers from the South Lebanon Township Police Department investigated the attempt to illegally purchase firearms which occurred in 2021. Upon further investigation it was learned Garret Alexander Radke had attempted to illegally purchase a firearm(s) at Shyda's Outdoor Center located at 1635 S. Lincoln Ave, Lebanon. Radke was charged with Sale and Transfer of Firearms (F) and Unsworn Falsification to Authorities(M).
