South Lebanon Township, PA – The South Lebanon Township Police Department is reminding all motorists that Paul Miller's Law, a new state-wide regulation aimed at preventing distracted driving, will go into effect tomorrow, Thursday, June 5, 2025.
This important legislation, named in memory of Paul Miller Jr., who was tragically killed by a distracted driver, prohibits the use of hand-held cell phones and other interactive mobile devices while operating a motor vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to:
