On January 21, 2020, Palmyra Borough Police filed a criminal complaint against Taylor Audrey Covington.  Convington, a resident in the 1300 block of East Caracas Avenue, Hershey, was charged with one count each; Computer Theft, Computer Trespass, Unlawful Use of Computer, Criminal Use of Communications Facility, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property. 

     These charges were the culmination of an investigation into the theft of a cell phone from a victim residing in a nursing home in Palmyra.  The victim reported her phone as missing on 2/19/19.  The criminal complaint was filed with Magisterial District Judge Garver's Office.
