On 1/23/2021 at approximately 2003 hours, Palmyra Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 800 block of East Main Street for multiple equipment violations.  The driver was identified as Matthew Formica.  During the stop, Formica was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  

On 1/25/2021, charges were filed against Matthew Formica through MDJ Garver's office for possession of marijuana small amount, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2 summary traffic violations.
