On July 15, 2020, the Palmyra Borough Police Department responded to a report of a stolen cell phone.  The victim stated that while she was at Goodwill Industries, 901 East Main Street, Palmyra, PA, 17078, on July 14, 2020, an unknown person had stolen her black in color, Motorola 5E.  Through a tip submitted to CRIMEWATCH, and additional investigation, the person responsible for the Theft was identified as Daniel A. Krause out of Lebanon.  On February 10, 2022, a criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Garver's office charging Krause with one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (Misdemeanor 3).
