On 11/13/21 at approximately 1334 hours, the Palmyra Police Department was dispatched to the area of 1st Block of W. Front St. for an unresponsive person. It was reported that a female was unresponsive while occupying a running motor vehicle. During the course of the investigation an open container of alcohol was located inside the vehicle. The female, identified as, Amy Miller, admitted to the recent use of marijuana. As a result of investigation for this incident, it was found that Miller was under the influence of alcohol and multiple controlled substances. Miller was charged with six counts of DUI, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, and Restrictions of Alcoholic Beverage.
