On 3/29/22 Palmyra Police arrested Ryan Matthew Moyer on charges of Failure to Comply with Megan's Law Registration Requirements, a Felony of the 3rd Degree. Moyer is a convicted sex offender and is required to notify the Pennsylvania State Police of changes of address. Moyer is accused of failing to maintain current information regarding his address and absconded. In addition, Moyer had an active bench warrant with the Lebanon County Sheriff's Office, and a detainer from PA State Parole. 

Moyer was arraigned on 3/29/22 by District Judge Anthony Verna with bail being set at $5,000.00. Moyer was subsequently transferred to Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
