On 10/14/2021 at approximately 1240 hours, Palmyra Police initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle that had no license plate displayed.  The driver was identified as Joe Weaber who has a suspended driver's license, DUI related.  It was determined that he also has an active bench warrant out of Lebanon County Sheriff's Office.  Upon being taken into custody for the warrant, Weaber was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

On 04/04/2022 charges were filed against Joe Weaber at MDJ Garver's Office for 3 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspend as well as several additional vehicle code violations.
