On 10/27/23 at approximately 1235 hours, a disorderly conduct incident occurred at the intersection of College Street and West Main Street. At the intersection a Hispanic female, with dark hair, wearing glasses, a light gray t-shirt, gray pants and gray shoes, abruptly stopped her vehicle, which appeared to be a red in color Nissan Versa with a black front-end cover over the bumper and grill. She got out and began yelling at two bicyclists who were attempting to cross the roadway. The female approached one of the bicyclists and pushed him. She then continued yelling at them and nearby driver's as she returned to her vehicle. Anyone with information about the driver associated with this incident is asked to submit a tip or may reach out to the Palmyra Borough Police Department at 717-838-8189.
