Due to COVID-19 related business closures, an increase of parked vehicles is expected along Railroad and Cherry Streets.  As such, the Palmyra Borough Highway Department will still be running the street sweeper, however, no enforcement of the Palmyra Borough Ordinance - Parking Enforcement for Street Sweeping will occur at the beginning of April as previously reported.  Enforcement of this Ordinance is anticipated to now begin on Wednesday, May 6th and Thursday May 7th.
