The Lebanon City Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for McCottry for Receiving Stolen Property (F3). Police allege that in November of 2019 McCottry stole jewelry valued at over $2500 from his girlfriend's mother and sold it at a Buy & Sell in the 600 Blk of Cumberland St. Efforts to locate McCottry have been unsuccessful and he is considered a Fugitive from Justice.
