On January 2, 2021 police were dispatched to the 500 block of East Cumberland Street for an active physical Domestic Dispute.  Police made contact with the victim, who was holding a white cloth to the left side of their head, which was bleeding.  Victim stated while the accused, Eric A. Sanchez's was holding his cell phone in his hand, he allegedly used it to strike them in the area of the head.  The said action caused a small laceration. The accused and victim have a child together.
