Authorities allege between June 9^th and July 31, 2020, Aponte conspired with Richard Andino to deliver Fentanyl pills on two occasions to a confidential informant.    Aponte was charged with two counts of Delivery of Fentanyl and/or Oxycodone, two counts of Criminal Conspiracy and two counts of Possession of Fentanyl and/or Oxycodone. Aponte was arrested on August 12, 2020 and transported to the Lebanon County Central Booking Center where he was processed, arraigned and ordered held in LCCF in lieu of $200,000 bail.
