Authorities allege on March 5, and on March 18, 2020, Colon delivered crack cocaine to a confidential informant in the 400 Blk of N. Partridge Street.   Colon has been charged with two counts of Delivery of Crack Cocaine, two counts of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, two counts of Possession of Crack Cocaine and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Colon surrendered herself on an outstanding bench warrant at MDJ Dissinger's Office and was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking where she was processed and arraigned.  Colon was ordered held in lieu of $75,000 bail in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
