Authorities allege that on five occasions between January 10th and March 10th, 2020, Lamberty sold fentanyl to an undercover police officer in the 200 Block of N. 8th Street, and in the 1100 block of Old Cumberland Street. It is alleged Lamberty arranged to obtain or did obtain the Fentanyl from Alexis Mercado-Maldonado and Ramon Neverez-Montanez. Lamberty was charged with (2 Counts of Delivery of Fentanyl, (2) counts of Criminal Conspiracy to deliver Fentanyl,(5) counts of Possession of fentanyl, (2) counts Criminal Conspiracy to Possess Controlled Substance, (5 counts) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and (2 Counts) Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. Lamberty’s co-conspirators were previously charged in connection with this investigation. Lamberty was arrested on August 12, 2020 and transported to the Lebanon County Central Booking Center where he was processed, arraigned and ordered held in LCCF in lieu of $300,000 bail.
