The Lebanon County Central Booking Center is Centralizing Processing Facility, staffed 24 hours a day by employees of the District Attorney's office and supervised by the Lebanon County Detectives.   Persons charged with criminal offenses, arrested on warrants, Bench Warrants, PFA Violations, and Probation and Parole Violators are brought into Central Booking where they are held in the short term.      Persons charged with new criminal offenses are fingerprinted, photographed and video arraigned by one of the six magisterial judges in the County.  Defendants ordered held on bail are transported to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility,   Defendants held on Bench Warrants are seen by the Court of Common Pleas daily, also by video arraignment.    

Every person charged with a Criminal Offense is required to submit to processing (fingerprints and photo) each time they are charged. This processing is required to be completed prior to the date of their preliminary hearing.   Appointments can be made 24 hours a day, by calling 717-228-4413  or emailing the Director of Central Booking at sstager@lebcnty.org, who will respond during business hours Monday through Friday. 

Persons requiring fingerprinting as a condition of employment are also processed for a $25 dollar processing fee payable by money order only to the " County of Lebanon". 

The Lebanon County Central Booking Center (LCCBC) is located within the Lebanon County Municipal Building, accessible from the basement floor of the Courthouse or an exterior entrance on the southeast portion of the building from Elm Street.
