Lebanon man charged with Person not to Possess Firearm and Drug Offenses

 On December 19, 2019, members of the Lebanon County Adult Probation Department conducted a home visit at the residence of Cristian Rodriguez-Gonzalez, in the 400 Blk of Jones Street, Lebanon. While conducting a search of the residence it is alleged they found synthetic marijuana, new drug packaging, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun.   Authorities allege Rodriguez-Gonzalez is a person not allowed to possess a firearm due to his previous convictions.   Members of the Lebanon County Drug Task Force were summoned to assist Probation and filed charges against Rodriguez-Gonzales on February 25, 2020.   Rodriguez-Gonzales was arraigned at the Lebanon County Central Booking Center by MDJ Kim Wolfe and ordered held in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
