Suspect Resists Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office Attempting to Effectuate Arrest

Late in the evening on December 14, 2021, the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office attempted to arrest Victor Rivera, age 34, on an active warrant.  RIVERA resisted arrest and fled from Sheriff Deputies in a fully sized, white pickup truck.  The investigation thus far revealed RIVERA’S actions placed the lives of the Deputies in danger; he initially drove at Deputies to evade arrest.  One Deputy discharged his firearm in RIVERA’S direction.  Thereafter, RIVERA changed course and struck a building.  The Deputies survived the attack unharmed; RIVERA escaped the incident in his vehicle.

RIVERA successfully fled from Deputies and remains at large.  RIVERA is a dark-haired Hispanic male, approximately 6’ tall, and of medium build.  RIVERA was last seen by Deputies in a white Ford F-150 ‘Super Cab’ with the Pennsylvania Registration Plate of ZSX-3144.

The entire incident is under investigation by the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office, specifically the Lebanon County Detective Bureau.  Anyone with information on the incident or Victor Rivera’s whereabouts should contact the Detective Bureau at 717-228-4403 or Lebanon County Crimestoppers at 717-270-9800.  Electronic tips may also be submitted via email to Lebanon County Crimewatch at lebanonda.org.
