On July 18, 2020 the Lebanon City Police were dispatched to the Wellspan-Good Samaritan Hospital for an individual who had been seriously injured after being struck with a hatchet. A subsequent investigation determined that the victim suffered the injuries during an altercation in the 900 Blk of Cumberland St. It is alleged that Guilbe-Leon struck the victim with a hatchet during an argument over a bottle of liquor.
