Physical Agility Test
Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM
Lebanon County Fire Training Center (Next to the Lebanon County Career & Technical Center, 833 Metro Drive, Lebanon, PA) *Applicants are required to bring their own turnout gear.

You are required to complete the following documents and upload them with your application:

• Fire Department Waiver

• Personal Inquiry Waiver Form

• Medical Clearance Form

All applicants must present a signed Medical Clearance Form from an appropriate medical clinician in order to be eligible to participate in the physical agility examination.  Any applicant who does not present a signed Medical Clearance Form will not be eligible to participate in the physical agility examination.

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*

• All applicants must be a U.S. citizen.
• All applicants must be eighteen (18) years of age upon the return of their application.
• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED. 
• All applicants must possess a valid motor vehicle license.
• All applicants must possess a current FIREFIGHTER II CERTIFICATION FROM THE PA STATE FIRE ACADEMY OR EQUIVALENT.  

Written Exam – Held after passing physical test
